Unless otherwise stated, the Client hereby assigns the Photographer the right to use and publish photographs of the Client or in which the Client may be included, for editorial, trade, portfolio, advertising, educational, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same without restriction. The Photographer agrees to protect the Client’s personal information, The Client will remain anonymous unless express permission is granted. The Client releases all claims to profits that may arise from use of images.
