Terms of Service

The photographs produced by the Photographer are protected by Federal Copyright Law, all rights not expressly granted hereunder are reserved to the Photographer. Photographer agrees that no publication, distribution, reproduction, recording, display, or other right under copyright will be exploited by Photographer other than in strict conformity with this Agreement. Upon final payment by the Client, limited copyright ownership of the resulting images will be transferred to the Client, along with permission to print images, share the images on social networking websites, with family and friends, and on vendor websites as long as the images remain unaltered and textual credit is explicitly given to the Photographer. Final delivered images may not be resold, edited, or otherwise altered in any way by the Client unless given written permission from the Photographer. The Client understands that no RAW or unedited images will be delivered under any circumstances. The Photographer may provide watermarked proofs for the Client to select final images from; any attempt by the Client to save, share, edit, or otherwise use proofs without express permission from the photographer is an infringement of Federal Copyright Law.
